This was my Instagram post today. I am all about authenticity. For those of you who know me personally, you know this is true! I love sharing my "thoughts" and "feelings" about EVERYTHING! But what I've learned lately is to share my thoughts, feelings, and knowledge about topics that will help build my business and most importantly grow my social media presence.

This week's LIVE topic in The Mompreneur Life Facebook Group was just that! I shared my top 3 tips to grow your social media presence. Social media is all the craze these days with online businesses. There are so many experts out there and so many questions swirling around about what works best. It's hard to know for sure what will truly move the needle in one's business but what I do know for sure is that the following 3 tips have made a HUGE difference in my social media presence! I am hoping it'll do the same for you!

My first tip for social media growth is to clean up your profiles. Clean up your Facebook profile by updating your cover photo and banner photo. Update your personal information and add in your website if you have one! On Instagram make sure your image is a clear head shot so your followers will know who they are following when they see you! Also, update your bio. Let your follower know who you are, what you do, and what your profile is all about!

My second tip is to start sharing what you are learning and doing! If you already know something, then share it! People love learning from others and if you know others can benefit from it then share away! Believe me, there is an audience just waiting to hear your content!

My final tip for you to grow your social media presence is to use a "Call To Action" in all of your social media activity. You can use CTA's in your stories, posts, LIVES, blog posts, etc. A simple example of a call to action is to ask someone to "comment down below if you can relate" or "drop a heart below if this is you". You can ask your followers to message you, dm you, or reach out to you if you are offering some sort of service. The options are endless with CTA's!
